Student Services
The D155 Student Services Department supports students academically, socially, emotionally, and in planning for life after high school. Our team works in partnership with students, families, and staff to help every student navigate their high school experience, access needed supports, and prepare for future success—whether that path includes college, career training, military service, or entering the workforce.
Each of our high schools, Cary-Grove, Crystal Lake Central, Crystal Lake South, and Prairie Ridge, has a full Student Services team dedicated to meeting student needs. These teams include school counselors, social workers, college and career supervisors, school psychologists, and nurses who work together to provide comprehensive, student-centered support

Applications should be completed and returned before registering your student for school. If you have a Medicaid, SNAP, or TANF number, you should receive a letter in the mail regarding your direct certification of lunch benefits and approval for waiver of fees. If you have any questions regarding the direct certification process or about the forms, please call the Student Services Office.
Applications for the 2026-2027 school year will be available July 13, 2026.
